Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 12th April 2002.

In these Regulations “the 1996 Regulations” means the Police (Promotion) Regulations 1996^f1.
