Regulation 3 Amendments to the 1996 Regulations

Regulation 3 of the 1996 Regulations is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)(b) after “service” there is inserted “, or in the case of a sergeant participating in the HPD scheme, 1 year’s service,”.
