Regulation 6 Amendments to 1996 Regulations

Regulation 7 of the 1996 Regulations is amended as follows.

In paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) after “chief officer of police” there is inserted “or, as the case may be, the Director General of the National Crime Squad”.
