  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to the 1996 Regulations is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1 on each occasion where “member of a police force” occurs there is inserted immediately after those words “or a member of the NCS”.\n(3) In paragraph 2 for “section 33 of the Police Act 1964” there is substituted “section 50 of the Police Act 1996 or section 79A of the Police Act 1997”.",
