  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2005/178 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nPOLICE, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 31st May 2006\nLaid before Parliament 2nd June 2006\nComing into force 1st July 2006\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 50 of the Police Act 1996, and after furnishing a draft of the Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and taking into consideration any representations made by that Board in accordance with section 63(3) of the Police Act 1996, makes the following Regulations:",
