# The Police (Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Police (Promotion) Regulations 1996


In Schedule 1 to the Police (Promotion) Regulations 1996—
(a) in paragraph 5(1A), after “rank of sergeant”, delete “in that year”, and
(b) in paragraph 5(3A), after “rank of inspector”, delete “in that year”.
