  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 16th July 2013\nLaid before Parliament 19th July 2013\nComing into force 19th August 2013\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50(1), (2)(b) and (7) of the Police Act 1996.\nIn accordance with section 63(3) of the Police Act 1996, the Secretary of State supplied a draft of the Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and took into consideration the representations made by the Board.",
