  "text": "In Schedule 1—\n(a) in paragraph 1—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (1), for “examinations board” substitute “College of Policing”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (2)(b), for “either Part IIA, consisting of practical tests, or Part IIB”, substitute “Part II”;\n(iii) in sub-paragraph (2A), after “Part II” omit “B”;\n(iv) in sub-paragraph (3), for “Parts I and IIA” substitute “Part I”;\n(b) for paragraph 2, substitute—\n“2. The College of Policing shall determine the standard to be achieved by a candidate in order to obtain a pass in any part of the qualifying assessments.”;\n(c) for paragraph 3, substitute—\n“3. The College of Policing shall—\n(a) set and mark the written paper referred to in paragraph 1(2); and\n(b) set the criteria against which Part II is to be assessed.”;\n(d) in paragraph 4—\n(i) for “examinations board” substitute “College of Policing”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (a), for “each Part” substitute “Part I”;\n(e) in paragraph 5—\n(i) omit sub-paragraph (1);\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (1A), omit “in a force using the Part IIB assessment process”;\n(iii) omit sub-paragraph (3);\n(iv) in sub-paragraph (3A), omit “using the Part IIB assessment process”;\n(v) in sub-paragraph (5), for “examinations board” substitute “College of Policing”;\n(vi) omit sub-paragraph (6);\n(vii) in sub-paragraph (7), after “Part II” omit “B”;\n(f) in paragraph 6—\n(i) for each of the three references to “examinations board” substitute “College of Policing”;\n(ii) for each of the two references to “their” substitute “its”.",
