  "text": "POLICE\nMade 26th June 1996\nLaid before Parliament 4th July 1996\nComing into force 1st August 1996\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 33 of the Police Act 1964, and after furnishing a draft of the Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales in accordance with section 46(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
