# The Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002, Article 4


The following provisions of the 2002 Act shall come into force on 1st January 2003—
(a) section 59 (seizure of vehicles); and
(b) paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 (seizure of vehicles by police civilians).
