# The Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force in England and Wales the provisions of the Police Reform Act 2002 set out in article 2 on 1st April 2004.
The provisions of that Act set out in article 3 are brought into force on 30th April in England.
