# Police Reform Act 2002, Paragraph 13: Evidence of documents


A document purporting to be—
(a) duly executed by the Office under its seal, or
(b) signed on its behalf,
shall be received in evidence and shall, unless the contrary is shown, be taken to be so executed or signed.
