# The Police Regulations 1987, Regulation 64: Allowance in respect of medical charges


A member of a police force shall be reimbursed any charges incurred in his case under section 77, 78 or 79 of the National Health Service Act 1977 (which sections relate to charges for certain drugs, medicines and appliances and for dental treatment).
