# The Police Regulations 1987, Paragraph 2


Subject to paragraph 3, a member of a police force suspended under the Discipline Regulations shall not, by virtue of Part V of these Regulations, be entitled to any allowance, in respect of the period of suspension, other than—
(a) a rent allowance, supplementary rent allowance, or compensatory grant; or
(b) in the case of a member to whom paragraph 1(1) does not apply, a London allowance or an allowance under regulation 71.
