Regulation 23 Work not required to be performed

A member of a police force shall not be required to perform—

(a)

the regular duty of cleaning or any part of the cleaning of a particular police station which the Secretary of State has directed is not a duty which the police may be required to perform;

(b)

any other work not connected with police duty which, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, the police may not properly be required to perform.
