  "text": "Until 1st April 1995 the following regulations, namely—\nregulation 10(10) (business interests incompatible with membership of a police force);\nregulation 11(2) (business interests precluding appointment to a police force); and\nregulation 16(2) (retirement),\nshall have effect as if any reference to assistant chief constable (or, as the case may be, officer) included a reference to deputy chief constable (or officer).",
