# The Police Regulations 1995, Paragraph 4


Where a university scholar moves his home and the removal is, in the opinion of the police authority, due to his having undertaken or completed his course of study and is, in their opinion, reasonable in all the circumstances of his case, regulation 52 shall have effect in his case as if the removal were such as is mentioned in paragraph (1) thereof.
