# The Police Regulations 1995, Paragraph 2


Subject to paragraph 3, a member of a police force suspended under the Discipline Regulations shall not, by virtue of Part V of these Regulations, be entitled to any allowance, in respect of the period of suspension, other than—
(a) an allowance under Part II of Schedule 12; or
(b) in the case of a member to whom paragraph 1(1) does not apply, an allowance under regulation 60 (London allowance) or 65 (allowance under Police Regulations 1971).
