Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2003.

These Regulations shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Police (Scotland) Regulations 1976^f1.
