  "text": "In Schedule 1B to the principal Regulations (modification for part-time service)–\n(a) in the modification of regulation 21 of the principal Regulations in paragraph 4, paragraph (4B) is omitted;\n(b) paragraphs 5(b) and 16 are omitted;\n(c) for paragraph 5(c)(i) there is substituted–\n“(i) after “for at least 3 months” there is inserted “(except one relating to a constable who has agreed with the chief constable on a different period)”,”;\n(d) in the modification of regulation 22 of the principal Regulations in paragraph 6 there is inserted immediately after paragraph 4(b)–\n“,\nexcept that on each of the first four occasions on which overtime in respect of which the constable was not informed as mentioned in paragraph (2) is worked during a week, 30 minutes of the overtime worked is to be disregarded.”;\n(e) in paragraph 6(5)(a) “or 63” is omitted; and\n(f) for paragraph 19 there is substituted–\n”(19 In regulation 52 (food and accommodation expenses) at the end of paragraph (5) insert–\n“(6) References in this regulation to “tour of duty” and “normal daily period of duty” are to be construed as references to a “rostered shift”.”.",
