Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1995.

(2)

These Regulations, except regulation 10, shall come into force on 1st April 1995 but regulation 12(5) shall have effect from 1st September 1994.

(3)

Regulation 10 shall come into force on 13th April 1995.

(4)

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Police (Scotland) Regulations 1976^f1.
