# The Police (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2: Amendment of the interpretation provisions of the principal Regulations


In regulation 1 of the principal Regulations—
(a) in paragraph (2)(g), the definition of “superintendent” is omitted; and
(b) in paragraph (3), the words “a deputy chief constable,” are omitted.
