# The Police (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1995, Regulation 9: Public holidays and rest days for lower ranks


In regulation 23(7) of the principal Regulations—
(a) for sub-paragraph (b) there is substituted:
“(b) “a day’s pay” means the constable’s pay for the week in question divided by five;”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (f) the words “in paragraph (2)” are omitted.
