Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 30 of the principal Regulations

Regulation 30(2) of the principal Regulations^f1 is amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (d) of the proviso the following sub-paragraph:—

“(e)

any service performed pursuant to an appointment under regulation 2A (part-time appointments) shall be multiplied by the factor which was the appropriate factor within the meaning of regulation 1(6) or (7) as it applied to him by virtue of paragraph 1 of Schedule 1B,”.
