  "text": "These Regulations shall come into force on 21st July 1992, and shall have effect—\n(a) for the purposes of regulation 4 as from 1st February 1991;\n(b) for the purposes of regulation 5 as from 1st February 1992;\n(c) for the purposes of regulation 6 as from 20th March 1991, subject to the transitional provisions in regulation 11;\n(d) for the purposes of regulation 7 as from 21st July 1992;\n(e) for the purposes of regulation 8 as from 1st July 1991;\n(f) for the purposes of regulations 9 and 10 as from 1st September 1991.",
