Regulation 5 Pay day

In regulation 39 of the principal Regulations (pay day) there shall be inserted at the end of the regulation the following paragraph:—

“(3)

The police authority may, if they think fit, pay to a constable such part of his pay as they may determine in advance of the day on which it would otherwise be due to be paid in accordance with this regulation.”.
