# The Police (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994, Regulation 2: Commencement


These Regulations shall come into force on 31st August 1994 but shall have effect–
(a) for the purposes of regulation 5(a) and (b) as from 1st April 1993;
(b) for the purposes of regulations 6 and 7 as from 1st September 1993; and
(c) for the purposes of regulation 5(c) as from 1st April 1994.
