Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 27th February 1995, but regulations 2 to 4 shall have effect as from 1st September 1994.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Police (Scotland) Regulations 1976f1.
