# The Police (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1996, Regulation 8: Amendment of regulation 37 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 37(1) of the principal Regulations (deductions from pay of social security benefits and statutory sick pay), after the word “force” there are inserted the words “who is in receipt of full pay (within the meaning of regulation 27A(4)(b))”.
