# The Police (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004

S.S.I. 2004/121 · made 10 March 2004

These Regulations revoke regulation 50 of, and paragraph 17 of Schedule 1B to, the Police (Scotland) Regulations 1976. Regulation 50 entitles constables to a plain clothes allowance determined by Scottish Ministers. Paragraph 17 of Schedule 1B modifies regulation 50 in relation to part-time service. The Regulations come into force on 1st April 2004.

POLICE
Made 10th March 2004
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 11th March 2004
Coming into force 1st April 2004
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after taking into consideration any recommendations made by the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom and supplying the said Board with a draft of the Regulations in accordance with section 62(1A) of the Police Act 1996, hereby make the following Regulations:

## 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.

## 2 Revocations

Regulation 50 of, and paragraph 17 of Schedule 1B to, the Police (Scotland) Regulations 1976 are hereby revoked.
