The Police (Conduct) (Senior Officers) (Scotland) Regulations 1999^f1 are amended as follows.

In the definition of “senior officer” in regulation 3(1) (interpretation) after “a chief constable,” there is inserted “, a deputy chief constable”.

For paragraph 8 of the Schedule substitute “Contravention of regulation 8 of, or Schedule 1 to, the Police (Scotland) Regulations 2004.”.
