# The Police (Special Constables) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Police (Special Constables) (Scotland) Regulations 1966 so as to remove the minimum height requirement in relation to appointment to the office of special constable.
