# Policing and Crime Act 2009, Paragraph 2


In section 9A (general functions of the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis) after subsection (1) insert—
“(1A) Subsection (1) is subject to any provision included in a police force collaboration agreement by virtue of section 23(4).”
