  "text": "After section 5L insert—\n“Interpretation of Part 1\nInterpretation of Part 1\n5M In this Part—\n“City of London police area” means the City of London as defined for the purposes of the Acts relating to the City of London police force;\n“metropolitan police district” means that district as defined in section 76 of the London Government Act 1963;\n“police area” means a police area listed in Schedule 1 to the Police Act 1996 (police areas outside London).”",
