# Policing and Crime Act 2017, Paragraph 58

In section 98 (disposal of land at direction of Secretary of State) in subsection (8A) (authorities to which provisions as to associated bodies apply) for paragraph (f) substitute—
“(f) the London Fire Commissioner.”
