  "text": "(1) Paragraph 1 (chairman) is amended as follows.\n(2) For sub-paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) The Director General holds office in accordance with the terms of his or her appointment.\n(1A) A person who holds office as Director General must not be an employee of the Office (but may have been such an employee before appointment as the Director General).”\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2) for “chairman of the Commission” substitute “ Director General ”.\n(4) In sub-paragraph (3)—\n(a) for “chairman of the Commission” substitute “ Director General ”;\n(b) for “chairman” substitute “ Director General ”.\n(5) In sub-paragraph (4)—\n(a) for “chairman of the Commission” substitute “ Director General ”;\n(b) for “chairman” substitute “ Director General ”.\n(6) In sub-paragraph (5) for “chairman” substitute “ Director General ”.",
