  "text": "(1) Section 29 (interpretation of Part 2) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) omit the definition of “the Commission”;\n(b) after the definition of “death or serious injury matter” insert—\n““the Director General” means (unless otherwise specified) the Director General of the Office;”;\n(c) before the definition of “person complained against” insert—\n““the Office” means the Independent Office for Police Conduct;”.\n(3) In subsection (6)—\n(a) for “Commission”, in each place, substitute “ Director General ”;\n(b) omit “itself”.",
