# Policing and Crime Act 2017, Paragraph 43

(1) Section 29E (Commission's powers and duties where it decides not to investigate) (as inserted by this Act) is amended as follows.
(2) For “Commission”, in each place, substitute “ Director General ”.
(3) In the heading—
(a) for “Commission's” substitute “Director General's”;
(b) for “where it decides” substitute “ on decision ”.
