# Policing and Crime Act 2017, Paragraph 52

In section 29N (interpretation) (as inserted by this Act), in subsection (1)—
(a) omit the definition of “the Commission”;
(b) after the definition of “conduct” insert—
““the Director General” means the Director General of the Independent Office for Police Conduct;”.
