  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 23rd February 2010\nLaid before Parliament 24th February 2010\nComing into force 17th March 2010\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6ZB(5) of the Police Act 1996, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 6ZB(8) of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Association of Police Authorities, the Association of Chief Police Officers and such persons as he thought fit.",
