  "text": "Police, England And Wales\nMade 12th June 2023\nLaid before Parliament 13th June 2023\nComing into force 3rd July 2023\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 79(3)(b) and (5) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.\nIn accordance with section 79(4) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted representatives of elected local policing bodies, representatives of chief officers of police of police forces maintained by those bodies, representatives of police and crime panels and such other persons as the Secretary of State thinks fit.",
