# The Policyholders Protection Act 1997 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2000, Article 2


In this Order—
“the 1975 Act” means the Policyholders Protection Act 1975;
“the 1997 Act” means the Policyholders Protection Act 1997; and
“the specified date” means 5th April 2000.
