Section XV Rates upon Peers to be received by a Collector nominated by them, who is to pay the same to the Treasurers.

Provided alwayes And be it hereby declared and enacted that the severall rates taxed upon the Lords shall be received by a Collector to be nominated by the Peers, which Collector soe appointed by the Peeres shall pay over the said summes to the Treasurers in this Act named to be disposed of to such uses and purposes as by this Act is appointed.
