Section XVI Officers rated where their Office executed; other Persons not being Householders, &c. and Servants where they live.

And bee it further Enacted That every Person rated for his Office Place or publicke Imployment shall be Rated and Pay for his said Office Place or publicke Imployment in the place where the said Office Place or publicke Imployment is Executed and every Person to be otherwise Rated shall be Rated and the Summe and Summes on him or her Sett and Levyed at such places where he or she and with his or her Family shall be resident at the time of the Execution of this Act And that all Persons not being Householders nor haveing a certaine place of abode and all Servants shall be Taxed at the place where they are resident at the time of the Execution of this Act.
