Section XIX Parents and Guardians to pay Rates imposed on Infants.

And be it further enacted and ordained That the respective Parents Guardians and Tutors of every Person under the Age of One and twenty Years shall upon Default of Payment by such Person and upon Demand pay what is due and payable by this Act for every X1such Person residing in their Family or under their Tuition as before herein is mentioned.
