  "text": "And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That no Letters Patents granted by the Kings Majesty or any of His Royal Predecessors or to be granted by His Majesty to any Person or Persons Cities Boroughs or Towns Corporate within this Realm of any manner of Liberties Priviledges or Exemptions from Subsidies Tolls Taxes Assessments or Aids shall be construed or taken to exempt any Person or Persons City Borough or Town Corporate or any the Inhabitants of the same from the Burthen or Charge of any Sum or Sums of Money granted by this Act and all Non obstante's in snch Letters Patents for any such Purpose or Intent are hereby declared to be void and of none Effect.",
