  "text": "And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That no Commissioner or Commissioners who shall be imployed in the Execution of this Act shall be liable for or by reason of such Execution to any the Penalties mentioned in an Act made in the Five and twentieth Year of the Reign of King Charles the Second for the preventing of Dangers which may happen from Popish Recusants.",
