  "text": "Provided always and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all and every the Members of this present Parliament shall be assessed and taxed at the Place where their usual Residence is in the Intervals of Parliament and not elsewhere Any thing in this Act to the contrary notwithstanding.",
