# Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999, Paragraph 16


In section 33(5) (pollution control powers and functions in Scotland), before the word “and” at the end of paragraph (g) insert—
“(ga) regulations under section 2 of the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999;”.
