  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000 (S.S.I. 2000/323) (“the 2000 Regulations”), which have already been amended by the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/146) (“the 2003 Regulations”). Regulation 4 of the 2003 Regulations amended regulation 6 of the 2000 Regulations but omitted a reference in the amended regulation 6(2)(a) to paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the 2000 Regulations. These Regulations correct that omission.",
